When Jeff asked me to second shoot for him a wedding near Charlottesville, my first thought was... Soooo Faaarrrr!! ahahahah! While we were driving there, Jeff filled me up with the story of the couple and described to me the location of the ceremony and reception. But then, when we arrived, Montfair Resort was just magic and exceed our expectations!
Jeff asked me to photograph B, while she was getting ready and I was extremely happy about that! She was pretty relax and a super outgoing bride. Her laughing was contagious and you could tell from her smile how happy she was to marry her high school sweetheart!
I loved getting creative with her wedding dress, bringing that outside, hanging it to the tree. I remember B mom telling me: "I saw what you did! B will love it!"... It felt really good! :) And that wedding dress was just amazing, we had to do something special for it!
Their first look was super emotional, B cried of happiness.... Well, we need to say she cried a lot during the entire ceremony... nowI smile thinking how sweet she was!
She also had hand modified her dress with some small hooks to make it shorter in order to dance... How clever!
